Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how MONi Ai (“MONi Ai,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit getmoni.ai or communicate with us.

Information we collect

• Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your messages.
• Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
• To provide, manage, and improve our services.
• To send service-related communications you have requested or agreed to receive.
• To maintain the security and performance of our website.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from MONi Ai, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email, scheduling, and hosting providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Client data

When we build and manage systems for clients, data processed through those systems is handled under the agreement with that client and used only to deliver the contracted services.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing christian@getmoni.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.

MONi Onboarding (Agency Onboarding Platform)

This section applies to MONi Onboarding, our client onboarding platform for marketing agencies, and the Facebook and Google apps that support it.

Data we collect

• Agency users’ names, email addresses, and business details
• The agency’s clients’ contact names, email addresses, business details, and intake answers
• Metadata about uploaded files, such as file names and upload times. The files themselves are stored in the agency’s own Google Drive.
• Results of domain lookups based on public DNS and website data
• Activity and audit logs

Data we never collect

We never collect passwords or login credentials for any client account.

Meta and Google data

When a user connects Facebook or Google, we use the permissions they approve only to grant or check the agency’s access to the accounts they select. Authorization tokens are encrypted and can be revoked at any time. We don’t sell this data or use it for advertising.

MONi Onboarding's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Roles

For client data an agency puts into the platform, the agency is the controller and MONi Ai is the processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We use the following service providers to run MONi Onboarding:

• Application hosting
• Database hosting
• User login and authentication for agency users
• Error monitoring
• Background job processing (reminders, retries, and scheduled tasks)
• Payment processing for MONi Onboarding subscriptions

A current list of these providers is available on request at privacy@getmoni.ai.

Retention

Onboarding records are kept for 12 months by default, which the agency can change, and then archived. Agencies can export or delete records at any time.

Deletion

See our Data Deletion Instructions to request deletion or remove the app’s access.
