The client isn’t the admin

MONi Onboarding · For Marketing Agencies
MONi Onboarding is a white-label client onboarding platform for digital marketing agencies. Clients complete intake, grant Meta and Google access, upload assets, and book their kickoff from one branded link, without sharing a single password.
The Problem
The contract is signed, but the work can’t start until you have access to the client’s ad accounts, analytics, website, and domain. That’s where days turn into weeks.
Your access request gets forwarded, then forwarded again, until someone finally finds the login.
Viewer instead of admin means asking all over again, and losing more days.
Every platform hides partner and user access in a different menu.
Days of follow-up emails pass before a single campaign or build can start.
How It Works
Create an onboarding for a new client and send them a single link with your agency’s name and logo.
Intake, platform access, asset upload, and kickoff booking, on their phone, with progress saved. Any step can be sent to the person who actually has access.
Confirm every access arrived at the right permission level, right from the dashboard.
When every step is complete, the client books the kickoff call and your team starts the work.
Features
Clear, step-by-step instructions for Meta, Google, website platforms, domains, and email or CRM tools, with your agency’s details already filled in.
Looks up the client’s domain to find their DNS host, website platform, and existing tracking tags, then shows only the steps that apply.
Clients can hand any step to their web person, IT contact, or previous agency, without forwarding the whole request.
Your team confirms each access arrived at the right permission level before marking it done.
Clients get automatic nudges, and the account manager is alerted when a step has been stuck for 72 hours.
Every client in one view: percent complete, stuck steps, and time to full access.
GoHighLevel, Slack, Calendly, and Zapier or webhooks. Uploaded files go straight to your agency’s own Google Drive.
Clients finish onboarding from their phone, and their progress is saved between visits.
Turn on contract and payment steps that use your own e-signature provider and Stripe, only if you want them.
Pending platform approval. Until then, clients use guided steps with your agency’s details pre-filled.
